The location was absolutely perfect and favourable in a relaxing area, just off restaurants and Samara and/or Carillo Beach. Found a place called Luv Burger, set so close to the hotel, ate there a few times❤

Disappointing aspect was really small bathroom.

The location here is great for the Ticos Surf School, with helpful staff and management, and delicious breakfast options.

Perfect location in the heart of Samara. Walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shops. This is brand new construction and they have gone above and beyond on every detail. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off during the day.

Staying at this apartment was a lovely experience. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and the location near Samara beach and downtown was perfect. Though the parking entrance was tight for sedans, the amenities were great. Minor flooding in the downstairs shower and lack of housekeeping were drawbacks, but the pool and relaxed atmosphere made up for it.

I had a fantastic stay. the accommodation was clean and had excellent facilities. Located close to the beach and many restaurants. the staff, especially Jorge, were very helpful, arranging bike rental at late notice and delivering them early the next morning.

We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen and the spaciousness of the apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Samara beach and downtown. The pool was great for a refreshing swim, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the residential area. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. we highly recommend Residencias Samara for a wonderful stay in Samara.
